Two cars that crashed have caused an M25 lane to shut.
Emergency services are currently at the motorway after a crash between J16 and J17, Denham Way in Maple Cross.
National Highways says that one lane is closed between the two points and motorists are warned of a 20-minute delay with 5 miles of congestion on the approach.
According to online traffic tracker Inrix, there is also congestion at J14, Heathrow Terminal 4.
The condition of the drivers are unknown at this time.
