Two teenagers have been charged in connection with a fire that caused tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage at a historic paper mill site.

Frogmore Paper Mill’s visitor centre in Apsley was badly damaged in a fire on January 22 with some historical artefacts destroyed.

No one was injured but parts of the buildings were damaged beyond repair and the Apsley Paper Trail charity has estimated it needs to raise more than £100,000.
