A car thief who was previously jailed for trying to break into vehicles has avoided prison despite being caught by police again.
Marvin Bacon, of Woods Avenue in Hatfield, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with multiple vehicle offences.
These included theft from a vehicle and vehicle interference with the crimes occurring in Hatfield earlier this month.
