Police have secured a closure order on a South Oxhey flat due to drug misuse, loud music and mail being stolen.
Nobody is permitted to enter the flat in Elliott Court, Oxhey Drive, for the next three months (until December 25).
Anyone who breaches the order could face up to £5,000, a prison sentence or both.
Investigations began at the address after numerous calls regarding anti-social behaviour at the property.

According to one person living nearby, officers were spotted visiting the property more than 10 times in less than six months.
South Oxhey Safer Neighbourhood Team Sergeant Andrew Blackwood said: “Crime and anti-social behaviour has a devastating effect on local communities and no one should have to live in fear of their neighbours.
“This closure order will hopefully provide respite for the local residents and send a message that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated and we will seek to take action against those who cause misery for others.”
