- There were around five miles of congestion this afternoon (November 18) due to a crash on the M25
- It happened on the anticlockwise carriageway just before junction 16 for the M40 at around lunchtime
- Two lanes of four were closed, National Highways said. All lanes were back open by 2.30pm
- Traffic was very heavy back towards junction 18 for Rickmansworth and Chorleywood. The worst of the tailbacks have now gone but the motorway is still congested as of 4pm in this area.
- Roads in Chorleywood and Maple Cross were also busier than usual because of the M25 delays
