A head-on crash has left a man fighting for his life and sparked a police appeal.
The collision was around 3pm on Saturday, December 19, in Bucks Hill, near Sarratt, and involved a red Ford Transit and a black Mercedes C Class.
The van driver, a man in his 50s, was rushed to Watford General Hospital where he remains in a critical condition. The Mercedes driver was uninjured.
Herts Police have appealed for anyone with information or dashcam footage to contact police online or via 101 quoting ISR 482 of 17 December.
It is currently unclear if anyone was arrested. Updates to follow.
