The new year weekend welcomed 17 babies at Watford General Hospital and we get to see some of the cutest pictures.

Six families welcomed newborns on New Year’s Day, with the first being Pathmakumar, arriving at 7.47am and weighing 3,065g.

Shortly after, Newton entered the world at 8.12am and weighing 3,770g, followed by Leo Stanley at 8.15am, weighing 3,070g.

The afternoon saw Aarya Parmar making his first appearance at 5.11pm, weighing 3,580g.

And at 5.31pm, baby Halford was born, weighing 3,240g.

New Year’s Eve was saw 11 babies being born on the maternity ward.

Niyah Pearce was born at 6.20am and weighed 4,416g, and just over an hour later, Reuben Hewitt arrived at 7.32am, weighing 4,015g.

At 9.20am, Xavier Ryder was born weighing 3,220g and at 10am Stuart Alexander was born weighing 4,350g.

In the afternoon, Noah Belba was born at 1.25pm and weighed 3,700g.

Later, at 2.51pm, baby Daniel was arrived weighing 3,415g.
