A Watford man is set to go on trial for allegedly murdering his father.
Husnein Amjad was charged after Amjad Hussain, 52, was found with serious injuries in his home in Fuller Road on the evening of October 28, 2021.
Emergency services including an air ambulance attended but despite their best efforts Amjad died.
Today (January 5), St Albans Crown Court confirmed his son Husnein Amjad, 23, of Fuller Road, would stand trial on February 27.
