A CCTV image has been released in relation to a physical assault and attempted robbery.
Police are appealing for witnesses regarding the incident on Tuesday, January 3 in Granville Road, Watford, at around 2.10pm.
They said a man was reportedly physically assaulted as unsuccessful attempts were made to steal his wallet.
The suspect then made off towards Watford High Street railway station.
Today (February 20), DC Natalie Bannister said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are releasing this CCTV image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could assist with our investigation.

“Is this you, or do you recognise this person?
“If you have any information, or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at this time, please email me at natalie.bannister@herts.police.uk."
Information can also be reported via 101 quoting the crime reference number 41/599/23.
