A batch of new homes are set to come on the market as the first phase of a new development nears completion.

Bellway North London will release 20 apartments for sale on March 18 in Home Park Mill Link Road, Kings Langley, which are being built on the former West Herts College campus.

Prior to this, the land was home to paper mills for hundreds of years, which is why the development of 65 one and two-bed flats will be named Millworks.

Greg Allsop, sales director at Bellway North London, said: “Construction is progressing well, and we are looking forward to welcoming people to the sales centre at Millworks for the first time next month.”

The apartments will feature either a balcony or a terrace and buyers will be able to purchase a parking space either with or without an electric vehicle charging point.

Three Rivers District Council had initially refused planning permission for the scheme, but this was overturned by a planning inspector on appeal.
