Children in Watford and the surrounding area had a great time dressing up as their favourite characters to celebrate World Book Day – and you can see the costumes some of them wore in school on this page.

Thanks to the efforts of staff at 16 schools in our area, you can enjoy the last of three galleries of children enjoying the annual celebration of reading and books that featured in our 16-page World Book Day Photo Special published with in week’s newspaper.
