Police have arrested and charged Ryam Palmer after being wanted in conncetion with GBH.
The alleged incident took place on Friday, April 7 in Croxley Green.
He was last seen in Chesham but is thought to be moving around and staying with friends.
Police have urged those with information to contact them on 101 or if he has been seen within the last few moments to call 999.

The fresh appeal comes after Hertfordshire Constabulary confirmed they had made “initial contact with Ryan” on April 8.
Officers had been “increasingly concerned” for his welfare and they had appealed for information about his whereabouts from the public.
The Watford Observer reported that he was last seen in Croxley Green at around 9am on April 7.
He was described as tall, slim, with dark hair and was last seen wearing grey shorts with no shirt at the time.
