- Some trains were initially cancelled at 2.04pm before it was confirmed all lines are blocked.
- Emergency services were at the scene of an "incident at Bushey train station".
- A person was struck by a train on the line, according to National Rail.
- British Transport Police have confirmed a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
- All lines have now reopened but delays of up to 90 minutes are expected.
- Disruption is expected to last into the evening.
