- Lanes 1 and 2 were closed on the anti-clockwise M25 between junctions 16 and 17, near Maple Cross and Rickmansworth.
- A vehicle had broken down in the motorway.
- National Highways has confirmed recovery was been arranged.
- It added that there were around 30 minutes of delays and 4 miles of congestion.
