- All four lanes have reopened after lanes one and two were closed.
- Most traffic has cleared clockwise at the junction.
- There are still delays linked to a separate incident between J15 and J16 anticlockwise.
- Emergency services including an ambulance were on the scene, taking an adult and a child to hospital.
