Emergency services were called to the A41 after a single-vehicle crash.
Police attended the stretch near Kings Langley after a silver Subaru drove into a barrier on Sunday, September 17, at 3.50pm.
Three fire engines and two ambulances were also sent to the scene.

The driver and passenger were not injured, the East of England Ambulance Service said.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service added: “Nobody was trapped and there was no fire, so firefighters helped to make the scene safe.”
No arrests were made.

In pictures shared with the Watford Observer, the front of the car can be seen smashed with the bonnet partially open.
There was also a backlog of cars while the scene was made safe and then later cleared.
