A proposal to build 57 new homes near the A41 is among this week's planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.

We reported earlier this week on the plans to construct the mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes on land north of Russell Lane in Watford.
