I'm Arthur, a two-year-old ragdoll cat who came to the National Animal Welfare Trust via the RSPCA with seven other ragdolls in November. I’m looking for a home on the foster-to-adopt scheme.

I came into the NAWT from a household with lots of cats and we’ve all been a bit poorly with cat flu and upset tummies. The vets here think it’s stress-related so the team wants to check this resolves once I’m in a calmer environment before I’m signed over to my new family.

My grumpy face makes people think I’m annoyed but, in fact, I really enjoy being around people and having some fuss! I like to meow at people so they know I’m there.

I can live with children who are old enough to understand that sometimes I need my alone time. I can't live with other cats as I’m a cat flu carrier but could live with a cat-savvy dog, as long as we’re introduced properly. (Cat flu usually isn’t serious in adult cats – but you might notice some sniffles).

Once I’m all settled into my new home, I’ll need outdoor access. It will be great to spend time outside exploring and then go back to a warm home with a family that loves me.

If you think I could be the perfect boy for you, then apply for me today! Email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2).
