- Police fire and ambulance crews attended the scene.
- Motorists were asked to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
- Two people have been hospitalised as a result of the crash.
- The road has since been reopened.
- Delays were also being experienced on the A411 Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth, following a crash.
