- There are long delays near Langley Road and Hempstead Road, Watford, after a crash, according to Hertfordshire County Council.
- Just before 5pm (December 14) the council warned motorists to avoid the area.
- The road is closed while emergency services are working at the scene.
- A Nissan Juke and a pedestrian were reportedly involved and a boy has been taken to Watford General Hospital.
