Police have revealed why they were spotted in Watford town centre on Wednesday (February 28).
Officers arrested three people as part of proactive patrols, including one man who had been banned from the area for anti-social behaviour.
Dean Joseph, of Vega Road in Bushey, was detained at around 11.50am on suspicion of failing to comply with a Community Protection Notice that prevented him entering the town centre.

The 48-year-old has since been charged and remanded in custody.
Just minutes earlier, a 24-year-old man from Watford was also detained at 11.34am in Charter Place on recall to prison.
Later the same day, 26-year-old Watford man was arrested at 3.49pm in King Streeton warrant for failing to appear at court.
