Drivers have been warned of delays as flooding affects a major road out of the Watford area.
The A4008/Oxhey Lane is experiencing heavy traffic both ways near Little Oxhey Lane, according to Hertfordshire Highways.
The council warned motorists to avoid the road between South Oxhey and Harrow as it has been narrowed by flood water on each side, which it said appears to be coming from the nearby Grim's Dyke golf course.

Although it is still passable, there are long delays as traffic is forced to go through the affected area more slowly.
Hertfordshire County Council has said the flood water is expected to start draining away over the next few hours and into the evening.
