Plans to install almost 150 solar panels on the roof of a hospital are among the latest planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.

Agents acting for the Spire Bupa Hospital in Heathbourne Road, Bushey, have submitted an application to Hertsmere Borough Council to determine if prior approval is needed to install 142 solar panels on flat roofs of the building.
