Further proposals relating to the renovation of Watford Town Hall are among the planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.

A raft of upgrades have been carried out at the Town Hall and Colosseum after a £3.2 million grant but various detailed applications have now been submitted as a result of the conditions attached to the granting of planning permission.

These relate to issues such as the fixtures and fittings, ventilation and the layout of a ground floor cafe.
