A CHILD had to be sprung free from a locked car by firefighters in Whitchurch on Monday morning.
One crew from Whitchurch was sent to Aldi, in Wrexham Road, shortly before 10.20am after reports of the stuck child.
A Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) spokesman confirmed the child was released by firefighters.
A stop message was sent to SFRS control shortly before 10.45am to confirm no further assistance was required.
