'Light' has resulted in some stunning snaps during the past four weeks - you can enjoy the final selection by scrolling down this page - but the time has again come to set Watford Observer Camera Club members another challenge.

The next theme is 'reading'. Our talented photographers could share a picture of their favourite book, of someone reading a newspaper, or maybe an unusual sign on a wall - anything they like as long as the images have a connection with reading.

The Watford Observer Camera Club is a Facebook-based group.

It is open to all photographers, from those who snap pictures on their phones to professionals who capture perfect shots with specialist equipment.

Every four weeks usually, members of the camera club are set a new challenge, a theme is selected and then the work starts for our talented photographers.

Search for Watford Observer Camera Club on Facebook. Ask to join the group and we’ll accept you.
