Hello! My name’s Marley and I’m an 11-year-old boy who’s looking for a new home to call my own. I came into the National Animal Welfare Trust a couple of months ago due to a change in my owner’s circumstances.

You may have noticed my unique-looking eyes, which make me very distinctive! When I was younger, I was involved in a car accident, which left me blind in one eye. I was checked over by a veterinary ophthalmologist who confirmed I’m not in any pain, so I don't need to have my eye removed.

I’m a very friendly and chatty boy who loves being fussed! As soon as I see someone come into the cattery, I get very excited and demand attention.

Watford Observer: Marley

I can live with older children who can respect my space and leave me alone when I want them to. I don't want to live with other cats as I have previously been known to fight with them. I could live with a cat-savvy dog that would give me space, but we would need to be introduced slowly and carefully.

When I’ve settled into my new home I’ll need outdoor access so that I can find the most purrfect sunbathing spot! I’m used to living near quiet residential roads so I will need to live near those sorts of streets again.

If you have space in your heart and home for a chatty lad like me, then apply for me today! Email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2).
