South Oxhey residents are benefitting from a bigger and better GP surgery after it underwent significant renovations.
An official launch event was held on June 4 to celebrate the new facilities at the The Consulting Rooms surgery in Oxhey Drive, which was attended by senior officials from the Hertfordshire & West Essex Integrated Care Board, local pharmacists and patients.
The works have added new consultation rooms to accommodate more patients and reduce waiting times, as well as a more modern waiting room.
The surgery has also been made more accessible for people with reduced mobility as there is now a ramp to the building, wider doorways and an accessible toilet.
