Watford motorists faced rush-hour disruption this morning after a crash closed a part of a major roundabout.
Hertfordshire Police were called at around 7am to reports that a black Fiat Punto had crashed on the roundabout connecting Stephenson Way/A4008 to the town centre.
The incident forced officers to shut the exit to Waterfields Way until 8.09am as they attended alongside the East of England Ambulance Service.
No other vehicles were reported as being involved and the Fiat driver was taken to hospital by paramedics with minor head injuries, police said.
