A TV channel run by a father and daughter from a Chipperfield shed has been nominated in two categories at a prestigious awards ceremony.
Talking Pictures TV, run by Noel Cronin and Sarah Cronin-Stanley, has been shortlisted in the favourite channel and best factual show categories at the TV Choice Awards.
(Image: SWNS) In the battle to be crowned voters' favourite channel or streaming service, the Chipperfield broadcaster faces stiff competition, shortlisted alongside BBC iPlayer's streaming offering, Channel 5 and Netflix.
The office the channel is run out of (Image: SWNS) Its 'The Footage Detectives' programme has earned a nomination for best factual show, going up against Amazon Prime hit 'Clarkson's Farm', Channel 4's '24 hours in Police Custody' and Channel 5's 'On The Farm' series.

Talking Pictures TV launched in 2015 and now gets millions of young and old viewers for its nostalgic content - including romance, horror and comedy.
The channel pulls in around six million viewers a week, showcasing the "rarest and greatest gems" from British film history.
The channel draws from a rich archive of programming (Image: SWNS) Noel was awarded a British Empire Medal earlier this year for his efforts - with the late Queen Elizabeth II said to be among the channel's viewers.
The awards will be handed out during a ceremony at London's Hilton in February.
