Police have appealed for witnesses after a woman was bitten by a dog in Abbots Langley.
The force have today (February 24) put out call for information following the attack in Leavesden Country Park College Road on January 24.
The woman in her 40s was walking in the park with her daughter when the dog reportedly jumped up and bit her, causing bruising and abrasions.
A police spokesperson has described the dog as a "large grey and white American Bulldog breed type".

PC Sarah Calcutt from the Abbots Langley Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.
“We would also like to speak to the owner of the dog, who is described as a white man, around 5ft 7ins tall, of a large build, with dark hair and round rimmed glasses. “Anyone with information is asked to email me at sarah.calcutt@herts.police.uk.”
The force have also asked that information be reported online or by calling 101 and quoting crime reference number 41/7409/26.
