Police have put a dispersal order in place following a "disturbance" at a Hertfordshire retail park.
The section 35 order covers St Albans and its surrounding borders, with Watford not directly impacted.
It came into force at 8pm last night (April 8) and will remain active until 6pm today.

A police spokesperson said the order has been put in place to "reduce members of the public from being harassed, alarmed or distressed due to a disturbance in St Albans Retail Park".
- No arrests after boy 'repeatedly kicked in the head' near Watford McDonald's
- The 14 areas near Watford where almost 6,000 homes could be built
They added: "Whilst this order is in effect, officers can direct anyone to leave the specified area immediately. Failing to do so is a criminal offence and could result in an arrest. Anyone aged under 16 can be taken home to parents/guardians."
Section 35 dispersal orders can be put in place for up to 48 hours and gives police beefed up powers in areas where antisocial behaviour has occurred or is anticipated.
If directed to leave an area by police, returning while the order is still in place is a criminal offence and could lead to arrest.
