- All anticlockwise lanes were stopped on the M25 - between junctions 17 for Rickmansworth and junction 16 for the M40 - at the edge of Hertfordshire after reports of a crash this afternoon.
- Emergency services attended and the road has since been cleared.
- Long queues built on the approach, with delays of around 20 minutes against normal traffic estimated.
