- An air ambulance has landed at the scene of a "serious" crash which has shut the A414 North Orbital Road this morning. It was first reported to police at around 8am.
- The closure is on the slip road and roundabout just by Napsbury, south of St Albans and north of the M25, with heavy traffic nearby.
- One person has been seriously injured and was airlifted to hospital. A second person was also hospitalised.
- Two vehicles were involved in the crash.
