Home Counties Premier League
Last season: Ninth
Captain: Dave Houghton
Ins: Stephen Lowe (Langleybury)
Outs: None
Key Man: Stephen Lowe: The aquisition of former Langleybury player Lowe is a massive coup for the club. The stylish 21-year-old left-handed batsman is a prolific run scorer and will also turn out for the Oxford Academy and Herts County sides this season.
Verdict: After comfortably avoiding relegation last season, Radlett have managed to keep their squad together and should have enough to force their way into the top-half of the table this time around under the guidance of former Zimbabwe Test captain Dave Houghton. The batting order looks especially strong, with Matt Evans, Nick Fielden, Houghton, Lowe and Tony Pickett making up the top of the order, while Kervin Marc and Stuart Browne spearhead one of the meanest bowling attacks in the league.
Other teams: second XI - Division One; third XI - Division Five; fourth XI - Division Six; fifth XI - Division 12.
