HOMES across Watford are still in the dark and cold this morning, following last night’s premature snow fall.
EDF Energy said the power cut, which spread across the WD postcode, is down to the ‘severe weather’.
The whole East of England region has been affected, but it is unclear how many homes have been left without power.
While many admired the few inches of snow from the comfort of their home, some were scrambling for torches and jumpers.
The company said last night they were working fast to restore the power but it is not expected to be back on until this morning.
