Lance Usher, 29, of Purlings Road, Bushey, is due to be sentenced for indecent behaviour at a police station and assault on an officer, after becoming abusive following his arrest on suspicion of criminal damage.
We would like to point out that the charges were not of a sexual or racist nature.
Usher will be sentenced at St Albans Magistrates Court on Monday, February 16.
