They have lived in Queensland for the past seven years, after leaving Watford, and settled on Mt Tamborine in Queensland. Bob and his son were born within a stone's throw of Watford football ground and Alice comes from Rickmansworth. Bob's parents still live in Watford and send cuttings of The Watford Observer to Bob, mainly about the Hornets, as he is still a fan.
