He lived in Watford Road, Kings Langley, and was educated at St Georges School, Watford, before going on to naval school in the late 1940s.
He is now well known in New Zealand as a newspaper cartoonist and interior designer.
Living in Auckland, he runs an international interior design business with showrooms in Auckland and Australia, as well as cartooning daily for The Dominion Post as front page pocket cartoonist. He lives in Sydney, Auckland and Rotorua. In his spare time he writes and illustrates children's books. pbrom@bromdesign.co.nz
