The Government has demanded an investigation into the boat accident that killed two teenagers last month.
Tim Roney, 21, of Sarratt, and Karen Puddifoot, 27, of Northwood, London, drowned when the boat they were travelling in capsized in Halong Bay, Vietnam, on September 24.
The pair had been attempting to cycle around the world to raise money for charity. They were among five people killed from the 25 passengers on board at the time.
Foreign Office officials have now written to the Vietnamese authorities to demand a full investigation into the tragedy.
It is believed the accident happened in stormy waters after dark, at a time when most similar cruising vessels would have returned safely to port.
