Kings Langley parish councillors are to get their hands dirty this weekend by planting bulbs on the corner of Watford Road and Home Park.

On Sunday from 10am, councillors will be planting a mixture of daffodils and crocuses to brighten up the area.

Councillor Alan Anderson said: “The past few autumns councillors have been out planting bulbs in various parts of the village.

“We wanted to make this area look more attractive, so we’ll be planting at the corner of Watford Road and Home Park as it’s a high-profile entrance point to the village.”
