Burglars broke into a Bushey Heath cafe and made off with a large cash box earlier this week.
The owners of Deli Cafe discovered the theft when they opened on Monday morning.
The burglars forced entry through the front door before making off in an unknown direction.
The incident would have taken place between 5pm Sunday and 7.50am Monday morning.
