A free development day is being held for the unemployed or those faced with redundancy.
The event run by West Herts College in conjunction with local consultants Agency People, combines personal and professional development with networking opportunities.
There will be the chance to explore new ideas with people who are well-placed to help, including Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce, Wenta enterprise agency, CVS volunteer service and local banks.
A surgery is being held to offer advice with the job application process.
The event takes place on Tuesday, November 10 at a Watford venue to be announced.
