Tickets have sold out for a charity night organised by a Garston firefighter.

Neville White, who is based at the station in St Albans Road, is aiming to raise more than £2,000 for The Firefighters Charity and Help For Heroes.

During the event on Saturday, two bands named The Involved and Late Day Breakers will perform, before an auction takes place.

Among the items going under the hammer will be a framed signed photograph of former England footballer Geoff Hurst, Trooping the Colour tickets, a flatscreen television, hospitality tickets to a Watford FC home match, the chance to win a firefighter for the day, a framed signed photograph of former England goalkeeper Gordon Banks, a two-night stay at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel Watford, a VIP suite at Oceana nightclub, a framed signed photograph of Wonder Woman star Linda Carter and a deluxe Christmas package donated by Sainsbury's and Costco.
