Sal Brinton, Liberal Democrat prospective MP for Watford is asking people to remember our troops currently out in Afghanistan this Remembrance Day.
The Royal Anglians which includes personnel from Watford and Hertfordshire have members of the Territorial Army serving in Afghanistan.
Ms Brinton said: “With shocking news of five deaths in Afghanistan [yesterday] this Sunday will be even more poignant.
“What we need to do this coming Sunday is remember the fallen and injured and those who are out there on the front line trying to restore peace in Afghanistan.”
