A 45-year-old man banned by an Asbo from verbally abusing members of Hertfordshire Constabulary will be sentenced at St Albans Crown Court tomorrow.
Darren Wakeling, of Caractacus Cottage View, Watford, pleaded guilty to the majority of charges at a previous hearing at St Albans Crown Court.
Wakeling was alleged to have breached his Asbo imposed by West Herts Magistrates' Court in March 2007, by entering Watford town centre and verbally abusing members of Hertfordshire Constabulary on Friday, August 7.
He was also charged with receiving a stolen Rolex watch valued £4,000, assault a constable in execution of duty, racially aggravated harassment of police and racially aggravated assault by beating of police.
Wakeling will be sentenced by Judge Martin Griffith having spent time remanded in custody.
