Police were called to a road in west Watford in the early hours of this morning after a car crashed in a residential street.
Officers rushed to Durban Road East at 4.09am after residents reported the accident.
The owner of the car, however, had driven away from the scene by the time they arrived.
Nobody was hurt in the incident.
