Direction from Watford by Road: Take the M25 until the M4. Follow the M4 until Junction 19 and then join the M32. At Junction 3 keep in right hand lane and continue forward onto the A4032, signposted city centre. Follow signs for the city centre on the A4044, A38 and then A4. Stay on the A4 until you branch right on to the A3029. Follow the A3029 for a mile and the stadium will be on the left
Direction from Watford by train: Go to London Euston, then London Paddington and on to Bristol Temple Meads, which is a short walk from the stadium.
Car parking: Parking at the ground is for permit holders only and although there is some on-street parking very close to the stadium, most of the roads now have double yellow lines. However, there are a number of businesses which open up its land for parking.

Where to eat: There is not a great deal of choice close to the stadium, although there is the odd Chinese or chip shop dotted around the surrounding streets, in particular Ashton Road. Food is sold in the stadium.
Where to drink: The Pump House, in Merchants Road, and the Nova Scotia, in Cumberland Basin Road, are recommended for away fans. A number of the pubs close to the stadium are home fans only.
