Hendon stretched their unbeaten run to eight games with a 3-1 Ryman League Premier Division victory over Aylesbury on Tuesday, highlighted by another brace of goals from Eugene Ofori.
In the 31st minute, Paul Yates slid a perfect pass towards Ofori, who skilfully eluded Sam Sloma and sent a low shot past keeper Adam Wheeler.
When Ofori again deceived Sloma in the 61st minute, he was pulled down, and Yates fired home from the spot.
Baker (88mins) replied for Aylesbury, but Ofori crowned a splendid night's work with his second goal. Swooping on a weak back pass, he curled a shot around the stranded keeper.
HENDON: Hook, Towler, Burgess, Duncan, Butler, Yates, Ofori, Forbes, Haworth (Randall 87), Cooper, Hollingdale (Woolner 46). Subs not used: Crace, Gallagher, Kelly.
Defender Pat Sappleton has left Hendon and joined Boreham Wood.
