Thank you for your feature on the hotel in Regents Park Road, Finchley. Residents are not just fighting over parking, they are fighting against the ridiculous suggestion of erecting the hotel itself on that site. The new Holiday Inn Express would stick out like a sore thumb in that residential part of Finchley.
As you know the plans include not only a hotel, but also a business centre, function suite, conference centre, restaurant with a provision for 42 parking spaces. The idea is to force people to use public transport. What public transport?
